Website terms of use
These terms explain the rules for using the Accommodation365 website and the information published on it.
1. About us
Accommodation365 is operated by Cleethorpes Lettings Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11186027. Our registered office is 26 South Saint Mary's Gate, Grimsby, United Kingdom, DN31 1LW.
You can contact us at hello@accommodation365.co.uk or on +44 7533 550777.
2. Using this website
This website is provided to help businesses, organisations and individuals understand our accommodation services, browse properties and locations, and submit accommodation enquiries. You may use the website only for lawful purposes.
The website is not a live booking engine. Property pages, location pages, availability wording, photographs and other information are intended to help with an enquiry and do not amount to a confirmed offer or reservation. Availability, price, stay terms and the suitability of accommodation are confirmed separately in writing.
3. Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care to keep website information useful and up to date, but accommodation details can change. Facilities, parking arrangements, photographs, descriptions, commute information and availability may be supplied by property owners or operators and can be subject to change.
You should rely on the written quotation or booking confirmation issued for your particular requirement rather than general website information where there is any difference.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website, branding, written content, layout and original materials are owned by or licensed to Cleethorpes Lettings Limited. You may view and print reasonable extracts for your own lawful business or personal use, but you must not reproduce, scrape, republish, sell or commercially exploit substantial parts of the website without our written permission.
Property photographs and other listing material are generally supplied by property owners, operators or accommodation partners, and we seek their permission to use that material for the purpose of advertising and arranging accommodation through Accommodation365.
We rely on those supplying material to confirm that they have the necessary rights or authority to allow its use. We take reasonable steps to use images with permission, but if you believe that any photograph or other material on this website has been used without the appropriate authorisation, or that you are the copyright owner and have not consented to its use, please contact us at hello@accommodation365.co.uk with details of the material concerned.
We will review any such notification promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material while the matter is investigated.
Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of third-party photographs, logos or other intellectual property to Accommodation365.
5. Acceptable use and security
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, submit fraudulent enquiries, or use automated methods to extract substantial amounts of data without permission.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate and that you have authority to provide information about colleagues, guests or other individuals where relevant.
6. Third-party websites and accommodation providers
The website may refer or link to accommodation, operators or other third-party services. A link or listing does not mean we control that third party or guarantee every statement on its own website. Where accommodation is sourced from an independent operator, additional provider terms may apply to the stay.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow us to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website content where the relevant information should reasonably have been confirmed as part of a quotation or booking. If you are acting in the course of a business, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential business losses arising from use of the website itself.
8. Privacy and cookies
Personal information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice. Information about cookies and similar technologies is set out in our Cookie Policy.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these website terms when our services, website or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies from its stated update date.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to a consumer in another jurisdiction.
