We approach the requirement as an ongoing project rather than a one-off room booking.\n\nThe initial search can be built around the project site, maximum commute, workforce size, vehicles, sharing preferences and expected duration. We can combine properties from our established network with wider sourced accommodation where necessary, including multiple houses or apartments when one building cannot sensibly accommodate the whole team.\n\nA single point of contact also makes it easier to manage extensions and changes without restarting the accommodation search each time.
