We understand what makes a stay work in practice, from reliable Wi-Fi, parking and well-equipped kitchens to sensible bedroom configurations, clear arrival information and responsive support when plans change. We have worked with many property owners and operators for years, building long-standing relationships with people whose standards, responsiveness and customer service we know and trust. We support corporate travellers, contractors and project teams, employee relocations, insurance and displacement stays, and longer assignments. When a requirement falls outside our established property network, we source suitable accommodation around the actual brief, taking account of location, commute, team size, vehicles, facilities, duration and extension flexibility. Some clients use us as an ongoing extension of their accommodation or bookings team, while others come to us for a single stay or one-off requirement. There is no minimum team size, and larger multi-property bookings can be coordinated through one point of contact. Any sourcing margin is included within the quoted accommodation price rather than added later as a separate fee. VAT is charged where applicable.
